How we handle your data

Who we are
Nextmarg ("we", "us") is a digital agency based in Bengaluru, India, run by Preetham Ram. We decide how the personal data collected on nextmarg.com is used. You can reach us at hello@nextmarg.com or +91 98866 97436.
What we collect, and why
- Enquiry and Digital Health Score forms: your name, business name, email or WhatsApp number, website and message. We use these only to reply to you and to prepare what you asked for.
- WhatsApp, phone and email: the details you share when you contact us, used to answer you.
- Analytics (only if you accept): pages visited, device type, approximate location and how you arrived, collected through Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. We use this to improve the website. It is not used to identify you.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for anything you have not agreed to.
Your consent
We ask for your consent on each form and before any analytics cookies are set. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us, or by clearing this site's cookies and choosing "Only essential" on the banner. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything done before.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to run the site and our business: our form service, email provider, CRM (Zoho), Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, and Cloudflare for hosting. They process data on our instructions. Some may store data outside India, with safeguards in place.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client, in which case we keep what our contract and the law require. Analytics data is kept for 14 months.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it
- correct, complete or update it
- delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it
- nominate someone to act for you
Email hello@nextmarg.com with the subject "Privacy request". We will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS. We limit access to your data to the people who need it and use providers with strong security practices.
Changes
If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top of this page.
